I looked closings in The Woodlands from June 1 to 28. All 229 sold and closed homes are sorted by Days On Market and the yellow highlight are homes that SOLD at or ABOVE list price.
The pink dot shows which homes SOLD above list price. If you'd like the full report and some commentary click on link below.
Using the print out with the highlighted SOLD AT LIST OR HIGHER report you may be able to show your buyers what's happening. It's always better SHOW AND SHARE, instead of tell and sell. People believe what they see, no so much what a sales person tells them. Let me know if you have any questions.
